Resorten er av de nye i Kissimmee, har portvakt, og leietakere har tilgang til fellesanlegg uten ekstra kostnad.
650 kvm klubbhus med tilhørende stort basseng, mindre basseng for de minste med artige vannfontener, lang lazy river, stor vannsklie, utendørs jacuzzi, trimrom, minigolf mm, alt i tropisk setting med flott beplantning, bruer mm.
Ønsker man å drikke og spise i resorten er det tikibar og grill restaurant.
Fasilitetene er ved et lite vann og der er også en pir man kan nyte en bok på, fiske, sette ut kanoen man kan leie der mm.

Old Town, Fun Spot, Go carts, Mini golf, Horse riding, Petting farm, Flea Market, Helicopter rides er i kort avstand fra Storey lake.
Restauranter og shopping er en kort kjøretur unna.
