The breakfast island and formal dining area provide plenty of space for family meals and gatherings. Step outside to relax with sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture or take a dip in your private screened-in pool—complete with a child safety pool fence for added peace of mind. For entertainment, the villa features a dedicated LEGO Movie–themed game room with 2 desk arcades, foosball, and air hockey. There's also a second-floor Disney-themed arcade desk for extra fun. Additional conveniences include a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as hair dryers, an iron, and ironing board for your comfort. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather. • GRILL: We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests.
