Perfect for large families or groups, this home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests and offers a blend of comfort, fun, and style. Relax outdoors with sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture or take a dip in your private screened-in pool complete with a child safety pool fence. Inside, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a dishwasher, and a French door refrigerator. The breakfast island and formal dining area provide plenty of space for family meals. For entertainment, the villa has a dedicated Game Room themed around LEGO Movie, featuring 2 desk arcades, foosball, and air hockey. There’s also a second-floor Disney-themed arcade desk for extra fun. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather. • GRILL: We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests.
