The covered lanai is a great spot for a drink or a lazy time with family and friends (wonderful view on the conservation at the back). It is screened in so that you are not bothered by bugs. And don't forget: you will be just a short walk to the bus line and a 5 minute drive to big box retailers and restaurants.
