With its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this large single storey home in Highlands Reserve can sleep up to 10 guests at once. As soon as you arrive at the home, you’ll feel welcomed with the large shaded front lawn ideal for playing children and the double garage parking space. This home is a favorite amongst families with young children, and the community’s proximity to both Disney World and some of Florida’s top golf clubs will delight everyone.

The open plan living space is comfortable and there’s a real homely feel to this house. The adjoined living space and formal dining room have been tastefully decorated. There are 2 comfortable sofas that sit in front of a glass coffee table and the room is warm with a number of pot plants and various lamp shades decorating it. With 2 large windows on either side, the dining room is well lit and the wooden dining suite can seat 6 guests at a time.

The bright sunny kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances and everything that’s needed to prepare your family or friends a good meal. On the other side of the kitchen counter there’s another dining suite for more informal dining and it can sit 6 people. The second living area is comfortable with a country inspired theme. There are 2 large cushioned sofas and a matching arm chair in floral that surround the square glass top coffee table. Directly in front of the sofas, there’s a wooden entertainment cabinet that boasts a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Again the room is decorated with a number of pretty pot plants, adding life and color to the room.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms in total, all of which have large windows. The master room has a king sized bed and boasts beautiful bedroom furniture and a 20” TV. The room opens up onto the patio area and you’ll be able to enjoy the morning sun and gorgeous views. The second room has a queen size bed and a 19” inch TV. The other 2 rooms are brightly decorated and have twin beds, which would be ideal for any younger guests. All of the bedrooms and the family area have ceiling fans to ensure you remain at a comfortable temperature during the hotter months.

The patio area has a beautiful lagoon shaped private swimming pool and this is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The pool’s deck area is west-facing, meaning you’ll also be able to take advantage of the splendid sunsets in the evening. There’s a covered lanai area that is ideal for getting some shade or al fresco dining after cooking your own barbeque. Here you’ll find a patio set that has 4 cushioned chairs. If you want to catch some rays, there are also 2 sun loungers at your disposal.
