Located in The Shire at West Haven, a quiet, gated community, this vacation villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 people. This is the perfect place for large families or groups. And with more than 3,200 square feet to enjoy, you won’t be on top of everyone else.
The outside of the villa looks grand! It’s quite an impressive sight, and the inside is just as good. There are two living areas: a formal and informal living room. The formal living room has an L-shaped sectional sofa and is a great place to have a quiet conversation. The informal living room also has an L-shaped sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV, making this is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie after a long day at the park. The fully-equipped kitchen is large. It has stainless steel appliances, lots of countertop space and storage, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a small breakfast nook with seating for 4. There are 5 bedrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs, and the rest are upstairs. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms, and French doors that lead out onto the private screened-in balcony that overlooks the pool. One of these bedrooms has a walk-in closet that’s so big that the owners decided to put a single over double bunk bed in it. Bedroom 3 has another king-size bed. And and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have a queen-size bed. Need to do some laundry during your stay? No problem, there is laundry room upstairs. The screened-in pool and patio area is the perfect place to relax. You can cool off in the pool, relax in the spa, or sit under the covered lanai and enjoy your morning coffee. WEST HAVEN RESORT - THE SHIRE West Haven er “gated” med en port så ingen uvedkommende slipper til. Klubbhuset har et stort fellesbasseng, trimrom samt et gamesrom. Tennisbane og sandvolley ball er også på området, samt lekeplass for de minste.
