Welcome! If you’re a large family or group looking for somewhere to stay, this could be the perfect choice for you. This vacation villa with private pool has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, is located in the Abbey at West Haven, and sleeps up 12. There is over 2,500 square feet of space to enjoy.
As you enter the villa, you’ll immediately notice the vaulted ceilings that give this home a light and airy feel throughout. There are two living areas. The first living area is on the ground floor and has 3 sofas, a large flat screen TV, and a large patio door that leads onto the pool deck area. The second living area is upstairs and has a sofa, desk, and another large flat screen TV. Both living areas are great places to sit back, relax, and watch some TV after a long day out at the parks. The kitchen is small but comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty. It also comes with modern appliances and a small breakfast bar with seating for 2. Immediately off the kitchen is the second dining area, which has seating for up to 6. The outside pool area as awesome. There is a large covered lanai that spans the width of the villa with a table and chairs underneath it. If you want to cool down from the heat, take a dip in the large lagoon-shaped swimming pool. If you want to work on your tan, lie down on one of sun loungers around the pool. Did someone say games room? The garage has been converted into a games room complete with air hockey table, foosball table, and pool table. There’re hours of fun to be had down here.
There are 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a king-size bed, 50” TV, and large en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, 40” TV, and small en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, 40” TV, and a small en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 both have two single beds in each.
