Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, the owners of the property or the property managers (Horizon) will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. We ask you to not have any visitor during this phase 1 of Reopening Florida. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.***Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. Together with our cleaning company, we have amended our cleaning processes and adopted extra cleaning protocols based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All our homes are also fully sanitized (fogged) once a month against Covid-19 and other potential viruses.***
