In addition, there is a pool cabana with a queen bed, private bathroom, wet bar/kitchenette and TV.

This home also includes off street parking for 2 cars, HDTV, wifi and a sonos sound system which can be used with any smart phone (by downloading a free app). In addition to TVs in the kitchen, den and cabana, there is also a TV in the master suite.

The house is located just 10 minutes walking distance to CityPlace, the rejuvenated area of downtown with its pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, department stores, outdoor cafes and movie theaters. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Norton Museum of Art are also within 10 minutes walking distance. The beaches are within 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The famous island of Palm Beach with its popular points of interest (Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Breakers Resort) are also 5 - 10 minutes driving distance.
